The December 2019 Padre Island Housing Report is in and it reflects some great numbers. Closed sales were up 2.9% with 39 closings that took place in December. The largest price distribution of homes in the Padre Island market was $200K- 299K, which was 42.9% of all sales. Active listings were up 10.6% compared to last year.
