An 8 acre track being sold off of a 19 acre track just off CR 796 and 507.Outer fences are there but a survey will need to be done and a inner fence built to divide the property. It is in grasses and owner has a water well but you would need to drill a new one or make arrangements with owner if she will sell you water. I do not know if there are any restriction until we have the deed.
