She does a great job doing her preparation prior to meeting, forwarded information to us, knows the area, the history, and has a good Network for resources should you have questions that she might not be familiar with. Ashleigh make you, a priority and works around your schedule. She also is involved in the community so, she knows what is going to happen in the future. Ashleigh did a fantastic job in educating us about the Port Aransas market and very quickly understood the type of property we were looking for. This is the fifth time my wife and I have purchased real-estate and I am pleased to tell that it was the best experience to date. Our process took eight months to locate the right property at the right price and Ashleigh was extremely patient with us and we survived through many offers on various properties and in the end we found the best property for our needs. I don't think we would have purchased a property if it wasn't for Ashleigh's perseverance. She never gave up when other properties fell through and it was challenging because the market was very active and properties weren't staying on the market long.
