The Padre Island Housing Report from November is in, and the numbers are outstanding! The median home price is up 27.7% to $346,500. Closed sales were up a tremendous amount, 109.4% from last year. The price range of most sold homes were in the $200K to $300K and again in the $300K to $400K price point.
