Your name: Melissa Hladyniuk
How long you've been a REALTOR? I have been a realtor since December 2018 How long have you been an Islander? I have been an Islander since moving from Canada in 2015. I have had the opportunity to live in both Port Aransas and North Padre island.
What your dream job was as a child? My dream job as a child was to be a Doctor. I have zero idea as to why that was my choice as I am afraid of blood. Likely why I never followed that path...
What is your favorite thing about Real Estate? My favorite thing about being in Real Estate is closing day. I love handing the keys to my happy buyers and seeing the joy it brings to them. Purchasing a home can be a stressful time and I love the opportunity to work through the process and ensure it goes a smooth as possible. This always seems to result in a fantastic friendship with my clients, which is the cherry on top!
